CO2 Extraction Plants - Beverage Industry | |
Extraction based CO2 generation
Union Engineering's CO2 extraction plants (EBU - extraction based unit) are based on the presence of CO2 in the gas sources from:
Where an existing raw gas source with a relatively low CO2 content is available, a CO2 extraction plant may prove an attractive alternative to a conventional CO2 generating plant. Typical CO2 concentrations in the raw gas for a CO2 extraction plant range from 5-30%, but also higher CO2 concentrations can of course be accommodated. Through appropriate extraction, scrubbing, stripping and separation technology the CO2 extraction plants meet the strictest CO2 product quality requirements, whether the CO2 raw gas originates from a combustion process, a chemical process or a natural source. The plant is supplied with a control panel ensuring continuous trouble-free operation of the plant. All instruments installed on the skids are wired to junction boxes prior to shipment and thus reducing installation and commissioning time on site.
