Soft drinks producers

For soft drinks producers, the CO2 can be produced in two ways:

  • Via combustion of fossil fuels (combustion based units – CBU)
  • Via extraction from existing gas sources (extraction based units – EBU)

Generating (combustion based) CO2 plants

This CO2 plant type is based on combustion of various fossil fuels such as diesel oil, heavy fuel oil, kerosene, natural gas or LPG.

Key advantages

  • Multiple fuel options
  • Cost effective modular design
  • Low utility costs
  • User-friendly, fully automatic operation
  • Standardised solutions with proven reliability

Extraction based CO2 plants

An extraction plant is based on the presence of CO2 in the gas sources from boilers, turbines, combustion engines, chemical processes or natural sources.

Key advantages

  • Multiple flue gas options
  • Cost effective modular design
  • Low utility costs
  • User-friendly, fully automatic operation
  • Standardised solutions with proven reliability
