At the same time it is essential for Union Engineering to maintain our employees. During Development Interviews held once a year, each employee's needs are evaluated in order to elaborate an Education Plan for each department. We aspire to using the resources available for training in a way that both the employees and Union Engineering obtain the best result.

 

At Union Engineering we are very sympathetic to the employees' wishes regarding internal redeployment which is to the advantage of both the company and our staff. Understanding for each other's work is an advantage which becomes very important when you come from another department.
