Union Engineering's main activities are worldwide sales, engineering, installation and commissioning of modular and individually designed CO2 plants for beverage and industrial gases companies. We deliver CO2 plants according to customer needs - for standard plants as small as 145 kg/hour up to 2000 kg/hour or more.

• Union Engineering was founded in 1933.
• Total number of employees: 190 (as per 14 April 2009), 130 of which are based in our headquarters and 60 in our subsidiaries.
• Headquarter: Fredericia, Denmark.
• We have worldwide presence with subsidiaries in Shanghai and Ningbo, China, in Curitiba, Brazil, and in Lebanon, New Jersey, USA. Also we have agents all over the world.
• Production in Denmark, the area being 3,000 m2 (3,589 sq yards).
• We have delivered CO2 plants for customers in 110 countries all in all, covering all parts of the world.
• Union Engineering a/s is owned by members of the Board of Directors and the management team and by the institutional investor Industri Udvikling A/S (GB: "Industry Development A/S") and the investment company Agena A/S.
• The management team consists of CEO Peter Kriklywi, CFO Heidi Thousgaard Jørgensen, COO Niels Ammundsen and CSO Michael Mortensen.
